1. About these terms

AiZag (“AiZag,” “we,” “us”) operates an online marketplace at aizag.aiwhere private sellers and dealers in the United Arab Emirates list new and used vehicles, and where buyers discover and contact them. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a legal agreement between you and AiZag. By creating an account, listing a vehicle, or otherwise using the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use AiZag.

2. Eligibility and your account

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
• You provide accurate registration details (your name, email and, where given, phone number) and keep them up to date. You are responsible for everything done through your account.
• Keep your password confidential. Tell us at admin@aizag.ae if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
• Accounts come in three types: private user, dealer (running a public showroom) and platform administrators. Dealer accounts may be asked to verify a trade licence before their showroom is published.

3. AiZag is a marketplace, not a party to your sale

AiZag provides a platform that connects buyers and sellers. We are not the buyer, the seller, or an agent, broker or escrow for any transaction. Any sale, price, payment, inspection, handover, transfer of ownership or after-sale obligation is strictly between the buyer and the seller. We do not inspect vehicles, take possession of them, or guarantee that any listing, seller or buyer is genuine. You are responsible for doing your own checks, including a physical inspection, history check and verification of ownership and documents, before you buy or sell.

4. Listings and moderation

• Sellers are solely responsible for their listings being accurate, lawful and not misleading, including the price, condition, mileage, specification, photos and description.
• Listings are reviewed before they appear publicly. We may approve, request changes to, reject, hide, or remove any listing, and we may suspend or close accounts, at our discretion, for example where a listing appears fraudulent, duplicated, miscategorised, or breaches our Acceptable Use & Listing Policy.
• Listings expire automatically after a period of inactivity (currently 60 days) and may then be removed from public view.
• You grant AiZag a licence to host, display and promote your listing content across the platform.

5. Contacting sellers, offers and messages

Buyers can contact sellers by phone, WhatsApp or in-app chat where the seller has enabled it, make offers, request callbacks, and save or compare vehicles. You agree to communicate lawfully and respectfully and not to use another person’s contact details for spam or any unlawful purpose. An offer or message is not a binding contract of sale unless the buyer and seller agree otherwise between themselves.

6. Payments, wallet and promotions

Some AiZag features are paid, for example promoting a listing, premium stickers, or topping up your in-app wallet. Card payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your full card details; they are handled by Stripe under its own terms and security standards. By making a payment you also agree to Stripe’s terms.

• Wallet credit is a prepaid balance you can use to pay for paid features on AiZag.
• Prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless stated otherwise and may change over time.
• Promotion and visibility features improve placement but do not guarantee a sale, a number of views, or any particular result.

7. Fees and refunds

Paid features are generally non-refundable once the service has started (for example, once a promotion goes live), except where a refund is required by UAE law or where we choose to grant one. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at admin@aizag.ae and we will review it.

8. Vehicle data and AI-generated content are provided “as is”

To help sellers, AiZag may decode a Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) using a third-party data provider (Auto.dev) and may generate draft listing descriptions or identify a car from a photo using an AI service (Google Gemini). This information is provided “as is” for convenience only. It may be incomplete or inaccurate, is not a substitute for an independent inspection or history check, and must not be relied on as a statement of a vehicle’s true condition, specification or provenance. Sellers must review and correct any auto-generated content before publishing.

9. Things you must not do

You must not misuse AiZag. Prohibited activity, including fraudulent or illegal listings, scraping, attempts to break our security, and harassment of other users, is set out in our Acceptable Use & Listing Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

10. Intellectual property

The AiZag name, brand, design and software are owned by AiZag and protected by law. You may use the platform for its intended purpose but may not copy, resell or reverse-engineer it. You keep ownership of the content you upload (such as photos and descriptions) and are responsible for having the rights to it.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

AiZag is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for the acts, omissions, listings or vehicles of any user, for any transaction between a buyer and a seller, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law.

12. Suspension and closing your account

You may stop using AiZag at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms or our policies, or where required by law. Account deletion is handled by our team. Contact admin@aizag.ae to close your account.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the platform evolves. We will change the “last updated” date above and, for significant changes, take reasonable steps to let you know. Continuing to use AiZag after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the competent courts of the UAE have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have.
