Acceptable Use & Listing Policy

The rules that keep AiZag safe and trustworthy for buyers and sellers.

Last updated 13 June 2026

This is a plain-language draft provided for transparency. It is not legal advice — please have it reviewed by a UAE-qualified lawyer before you rely on it.

1. Purpose

This policy sets out what you may and may not do on AiZag. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions and applies to everyone who uses the platform — buyers, private sellers and dealers. Breaking these rules can lead to a listing being removed or an account being suspended or closed.

2. Rules for listings

When you list a vehicle, it must:

  • be a real vehicle that you have the right to sell;
  • be accurate and not misleading about price, condition, mileage, specification or history;
  • use genuine photos of the actual vehicle — not stock images, watermarked images, or photos of a different car;
  • be placed in the correct category with a realistic price (no fake or “bait” pricing); and
  • comply with UAE law.

3. Listings that are not allowed

  • Stolen vehicles, or vehicles with tampered, cloned or hidden identifiers (VIN/chassis/plate).
  • Salvage, written-off, flood- or accident-damaged vehicles presented as if undamaged.
  • Vehicles that cannot legally be sold or registered, or that breach import/export or sanctions rules.
  • Duplicate listings of the same vehicle, or repetitive spam.
  • Listings for anything other than the vehicle on offer, or that exist only to advertise an off-platform service.
  • Listings with false contact details, or that try to move buyers off-platform purely to avoid our rules or fees.

4. Conduct that is not allowed

  • Fraud, scams, or any attempt to deceive or take payment without delivering the vehicle.
  • Impersonating another person, business or AiZag itself.
  • Harassment, threats, hate speech, or abusive messages to other users.
  • Collecting other users’ contact details for spam or any unlawful purpose.
  • Scraping, bulk-downloading, or copying listings or data without our permission.
  • Trying to break, overload, or get around the security of the platform, or interfering with moderation.
  • Uploading anything unlawful, infringing, or harmful (such as malware).

5. How we moderate and enforce

Listings are reviewed before they appear publicly, and may be approved, sent back for changes, or rejected. We may also hide or remove a live listing, restrict features, and suspend or close an account at our discretion where this policy or our Terms are breached — and we keep records of moderation decisions. Where we can, we will tell you the reason. Serious or repeated breaches, and anything illegal, may be reported to the relevant authorities.

6. Reporting a problem

If you see a listing or a user that breaks these rules, please report it from the listing or profile, or email admin@aizag.ae. Reports help us keep AiZag safe, and we review them.

7. Changes

We may update this policy to keep the marketplace safe. The “last updated” date above shows when it last changed.
