AiZag is bound by the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021). We collect the minimum data required to run the marketplace, never sell your data to third parties, and let you export or delete your account at any time.
What we collect
- Account details: name, email, phone, Emirates ID (for verification).
- Listings you create: car details, photos, asking price.
- Inquiries and offers exchanged through the platform.
- Payment information: held by our payment partners; we never see your full card number.
- Device + analytics data: page views, clicks, error reports. Used to improve the product.
How we use it
- To match buyers to relevant listings (search, recommendations).
- To detect fraud and prohibited content.
- To notify you about your listings, inquiries, offers, and bookings.
- For aggregate analytics that improve the platform — never tied to your identity.
Your rights
- Export your data as JSON or CSV at any time from Settings.
- Delete your account and all associated data.
- Withdraw consent for marketing communications per-channel.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
