1. Eligibility
AiZag is available to UAE residents aged 18 or above. Buyers and sellers must hold a valid Emirates ID for transactions facilitated through the platform.
2. Listings
Listings must describe a real vehicle in the seller's possession. Required fields: make, model, year, mileage, asking price, valid contact channel. Prohibited: stolen vehicles, vehicles without UAE customs clearance, vehicles with active liens not disclosed, misleading photos, off-platform contact instructions.
3. Fees
Basic listings are free for private sellers. Optional paid promotions (Boost, Featured) and dealer subscription plans are listed at /sell and /dealer/billing.
4. Inquiries and offers
An offer is a binding indication of intent; sellers may accept, counter, or decline. Either party may withdraw an offer before acceptance. Accepted offers should be followed by a documented handover via our RTA transfer service.
5. Disputes
Disputes are reviewed by AiZag moderation. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Final resolution is governed by UAE law and the courts of the Emirate of Dubai.
6. Acceptable use
No scraping, automated scripting, fraudulent VINs, plate tampering, harassment, or off-platform payment requests. Reports can be filed from any listing via the Report button.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account from Settings at any time.
8. Changes
We'll notify you at least 14 days in advance of material changes to these terms.
